Courses and Seminars
We offer continuing education and training courses on a regular basis. For example, language courses, courses for MS Office users or Project Management are held periodically. The continuing education program will be complemented by technical and leadership training events as needed.
Courses and seminars are held internally as well as externally. We carefully select the providers since we want you to truly benefit from the courses offered.
Targeted Development through Individual Employee Advancement
As the employee, you and your supervisor together will decide on the goals you want to achieve. During this Employee Review Meeting, you will find out how you are performing and how you can further contribute to our joint success: At the end, you and your manager will plan individual and customized advancement measures to ensure that you will also reach your goals during the following year.
