Who does not enjoy reading in bed with the head section tilted up? Or putting up one’s feet in bed after a hard day? Premium beds offer individual adjustment options for their slatted bed frames — allowing total relaxation.

With the PR D10, PR D11 and PR D20 electric dual drives from Stabilus, head and foot sections can be brought into position easily, gently, and safely.

Low-profile design, minimal weight and top performance

Our dual drives are extremely low-profile. Their compact design takes up less space under the bed. They are very low-noise and light-weight, while packing peak performance.

Optimum comfort in any situation

Stabilus POWERISE drives are equipped with a mechanical auxiliary lowering feature. In the event of a power failure, it can easily be actuated manually.

The integrated power disconnect is not just another important selling point; already, it meets the EU eco-design requirements for the year 2014. It will lower power consumption while reducing electromagnetic fields in the bedroom. It is standard equipment for all three Stabilus Powerise dual drives and will avoid unnecessary “stand-by” loads by shutting off the power when inactive. Savings for the user: approx. 67 kW/year.

Easy to install

The dual drives have a functional housing. Suited for all common standard fittings, the PR D10 and PR D11 can be installed by simply twisting the housing in between the rotating axes. The PR D20 can be positioned randomly between the rotating axes. Neither drive will require additional mounting hardware. The PR D20 is available with an optional fitting kit for a center distance of 581 mm. The plug-in axes can accommodate variable fitting widths.
