Stabilus Code of Conduct

We have compiled our Code of Conduct as a set of rules that translate legal requirements and our ethics values into general behavior guidelines. Our Code is a framework of rules to help us act lawfully and responsibly in our daily work. 

Our Code of Conduct is based on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Global Compact’s Principles and the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO).

Our Code of Conduct is binding for all activities of the Stabilus Group, both in our internal collaboration as well as in our work with business partners, government institutions and the general public.
