How It Works

The Reporting Portal provides an electronically secured system for employees and business partners to report concerns about serious infringements. 

Enter the address of our reporting portal (stabilus.whistleblowernetwork.net/frontpage) into your browser. This will take you anonymously to the portal, and your report cannot be traced back to your computer’s IP address. 

However, we encourage you to openly transmit your concerns when creating your report in the portal. This will allow us to communicate directly with you, thereby increasing the chance of finding a fast solution. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, the communication platform will let you submit an anonymous report and have a nameless dialog with us, using an anonymous, protected mailbox.

Handling of Reported Informations

Any report submitted will be handled by Corporate Compliance of the Stabilus Group. You can be sure that any incoming tip will be reviewed carefully and with strict confidentiality. However, in the name of fairness, the protectable interests of the employees concerned will have to be taken into consideration as well. We therefore trust that all reported concerns are provided in good faith.

Any further investigations into the facts will be performed in compliance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular data privacy provisions. 

Anyone who exercises the right to report violations of the Code of Conduct or laws need not fear repercussions, provided the individual acts in good faith and has, based on actual indications, come to the conclusion that such a violation has or might have occurred.
