Customized to Order: Stabilus presents electromechanical drives as custom-made products

With Industrial POWERISE type IPR40, Stabilus is now offering customized electromechanical drives. With the Customized to Order option, customers can now have the successful actuators from Koblenz configured specifically for their applications. This means that the leading company with Industrial POWERISE for tailgates and doors can now offer the drives perfected in the automotive sector for industrial applications from batch size 1.
Industrial POWERISE as a catalog solution, small series or individual product made to measure
Design engineers who cannot find what they are looking for in the standard range of actuators from Stabilus can now receive a customized solution on request and after a short production and delivery time. Depending on the application, either engineers from Stabilus or from the expert brands ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH or HAHN Gasfedern GmbH will support interested parties from design to commissioning.
The slim, compact IPR40 electromechanical spindle drives can be precisely customized in terms of connections as well as output forces, stroke lengths and speeds. They take up little installation space and are equipped with a 12 V or 24 V power supply and waterproof IP67 seals as required. They can also be ideally combined with industrial gas springs from the Stabilus Group for applications in which higher mass forces need to be moved and controlled. The services that accompany these customized drive innovations from Stabilus include design, configuration and commissioning, including all settings and parameterization of the electronic control units (ECU) on site if desired.
Following the market launch of the IPR40 type, Stabilus will extend the Customized to Order option to the entire family of electromechanical drives and thus to the IPR35, IPR35 SMART and IPR40 SMART types.
