Industrial POWERISE® IPR35 Smart: the new compact actuator with integrated control unit

With its new type IPR35 Smart, Stabilus is expanding the successful family of electromechanical Industrial POWERISE® drives to include a model with integrated motor control. Equipped with an integrated control board, this compact and clever new product is now suitable for all applications where an external control unit cannot or should not be installed. This is achieved while fully retaining all the functions for convenient, powerful, and safe lifting, lowering, and positioning of hoods, flaps, windows, doors, or gates with the unique performance of the IPR35 actuator, available since fall 2023. Thus, with Industrial POWERISE® IPR35 Smart, engineers, designers and users now receive automated movements from Stabilus in a single component at the push of a button, whenever space constraints or other technical requirements call for it.
Simply connect and start movements
Following the "Ready to Play" motto, Stabilus' smart actuators also impress with spindle pitches between 2 and 25 mm per revolution. They reliably lift, lower, and position with forces between 250 N and 2,500 N. Designers can choose between 50 mm and 350 mm in stroke, allowing them to select precise, powerful, and versatile motion control for their applications, both vertically and horizontally, and as a positioning system.
Industrial POWERISE® IPR35 Smart drives are suitable for synchronizing up to four actuators and offer two closure contacts for simple control. This makes these components, which have been proven millions of times in the automotive industry, ideal for applications where a small number of peripheral devices need to be connected, while ensuring high levels of protection in every operation. And when higher extension forces are required, these actuators also work in the best possible manner with industrial gas springs, also provided by Stabilus Group.
